These terms and conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement that applies to any player who accesses and uses the 44mmk platform (https://44mmk.run). 2 Account Registration & Management

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each player may only register one account on the platform. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all such accounts may be closed and any bonus funds forfeited.

2.2 Accurate Information

The name, date of birth, contact details, and other information provided when registering must be accurate and up to date. If false information is found, 44mmk may immediately close the account and withhold funds.

2.3 Account Security

Players must keep their login credentials confidential and must not share, lend, or sell them to any third party in any way. Players are fully responsible for all activity carried out on their account.

2.4 Personal Account Use Only

The account must be used by the registered player only. Playing on behalf of others, or having others play for you, is not allowed. Deposits and withdrawals may only be made using payment methods registered in the player's own name.

3 Deposits

3.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

Each deposit is credited to the player's account almost immediately after verification. If there is a delay due to a technical issue or banking hold, please contact customer support.

3.3 Fraudulent Deposits

If any fraud, money laundering, or unauthorised deposit activity is found, the funds will be immediately withheld, the account may be closed, and the matter may be handled in accordance with the law.

4 Withdrawals

If you attempt to withdraw before the Wagering Requirement is fulfilled, the bonus funds and any winnings from those bonus funds will be forfeited, and only your real money balance will be available for withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.4 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per player, per account, per IP address, per device, and per payment transaction.
• Playing with bonus funds must follow the game usage rules. Playing in ways that guarantee income is prohibited.
• 44mmk has the right to verify each player's bonus eligibility and may void it if any irregularity is found.

6 Game Rules

6.1 Games

6.2 Technical Errors

44mmk has the right to void any results caused by server errors, game code errors, or connection failures. If a void is applied, the stake placed in the affected round will be refunded.

6.4 Football Betting

Odds for football matches may change during the event. Once a match decision is made, settlement will follow that decision, and 44mmk's result determination is final.

10.3 Fund Recovery

Whether any remaining real money (excluding bonuses) is refunded after account closure depends on the reason for closure. If the account is closed due to a legal violation, 44mmk may withhold funds and transfer the matter to the relevant authorities.

11 Limitation of Liability

44mmk is not responsible for the following—

• Losses caused by the player's own issues (internet connection problems, computer / phone malfunctions)
• Financial losses or personal data leaks caused by a third party (where the player shared their own login credentials)
• Force Majeure events (natural disasters, war, changes in law)
• Losses caused by technical faults on the part of the Game Provider

In any circumstance, 44mmk's maximum liability shall not exceed the stake amount the player placed in that single round of play.
